DESCRIPTION | Smells like the sweet aroma of 2 stroke oil exhaust. If you are a dirt biker or car enthusiast and enjoy the smell of 2 stroke oil and exhaust: This is the candle for you! While It doesn’t smell exactly like 2 stroke fuel (has a slightly smoky aroma to replicate exhaust) it is as close to it as we could get while providing a candle that can be enjoyed by the masses! Our 2 stroke scented candle is a great gift for dirt bikers, drag race drivers, and even mechanics! It is sure to have you reminiscing about the that sweet aroma!

NOTES | This is a 8oz jar made with all-natural soy wax. Soy wax is eco-friendly and burns cleaner than other waxes. It is also easy to clean in cases of accidental spills or if you should wish to keep the jar! Each candle comes with a resealable lid.
Please note that some frosting may occur. This is perfectly normal for soy candles and does not affect the scent or burn time. Frosting is merely an indicator of natural soy wax.
Each candle is also made in small batches so there may be very minor variations in color or scent.

What ingredients are used in this candle?

Billington Farms prides itself on using clean, toxin-free ingredients and supplies. We try to reduce waste when possible, such as opting for glass containers instead of single-use plastic, and using recyclable labels.

CANDLES

 Our fragrances are infused with natural essential oils, are phthalate-free and do not include any coloring chemicals.

Every candle is poured into a vessel that can be cleaned and repurposed once your wax has burned away.

LINEN/Room SPRAYS (Coming Soon!)

Our linen sprays include only 3 ingredients: water, witch hazel, and fragrance oil. Because we use minimal ingredients, it is common for separation to occur between the water and fragrance oil. Many times, other company formulas will add in extra chemicals to prevent this from happening, but we've found a few shakes before spraying works just as well.

We also decided to use a glass container for each linen spray.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

All of our packaging and shipping boxes are 100% recyclable. We also use biodegradable packaging products to ship our products safely to you. Packages that arrive containing plastic are given a second life from our supply orders. We do not purchase plastic packaging materials, we only reuse them and encourage you to do the same.

IS ORDER MODIFICATION POSSIBLE? Regrettably, once an order is placed, no alterations can be made to its details or shipment address.

IS ORDER CANCELLATION ALLOWED? Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed; all sales are considered final.

CAN I INITIATE A RETURN? Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available; all sales are considered final.

IS PRODUCT EXCHANGE PERMITTED? We regret to inform you that we do not currently facilitate product exchanges; all sales are final.

WHY AM I SEEING MULTIPLE CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT?

If you notice duplicate charges, please allow a few days for them to resolve automatically. If the issue persists and you are certain you placed only one order, please send an email to support@billingtonfarms.com, including a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO HIGH FRAUD. WHY?

Regrettably, your order was flagged as High Fraud and automatically cancelled. High Fraud orders cannot be reversed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

In the rare event of receiving damaged products, contact customer service within 48 hours, providing photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S). HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS?

Contact support@billingtonfarms.com within 48 hours, including your order number and a photo of the incorrect item received.

I REFUSED MY DELIVERY. WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Refusing delivery incurs a $10 restocking fee, and outbound shipping is non-refundable. Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear once the return is processed. Note that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK WITH NO MOVEMENT IN TRACKING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Consider a package lost if there's no movement for 7-14 business days from the shipment date. Email support@billingtonfarms.com if the tracking information shows no movement.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN YOU HELP?

Ensure accuracy when entering your shipping address; Billington Farms is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided delivery address.

I ORDERED FROM A FRAUDULENT SITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Contact your bank to open a chargeback dispute upon confirming the site's fraudulence. We cannot invoice items from fraudulent sites; wait until we are restocked and place orders only through our official website www.billingtonfarms.com. Orders cannot be placed over the phone for privacy and card information protection.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 In the case that your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping:

Our shipping policy is set to best service our customers from all over the world. Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 protocols, please allow additional time for processing.

All orders are hand made and processed within 7 to 21 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that shipping times are subject to change during holidays and/or limited edition launches.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Billington Farms.

Can I place a custom order?

We make custom candles for any occasion!

Whether it's a wedding, social event, or company gifting –– we've got you covered. We can work together to create a scent that's hand-picked by you with a unique label. Add your company logo, personalized text, anything! (To remove Billington Farms branding is an additional fee)

Orders of 24 candles or more receive special discounted pricing. No minimum is required to take advantage of our custom options.
